With countless, successful installations of our Electro-Fence™ system to date, we know the value of quality electric fence insulators for perimeter protection. Here is a short, visual guide to how insulators are installed on an electric perimeter fence.
Select Insulator Type
Using the correct type and number of electric fence insulators is crucial so ensure all insulators have been correctly identified and supplied. These will be a mixture of intermediate/donut insulators and end/corner insulators.
Attachment Of Insulators To The Electric Fence
The majority of insulators installed on an electric fence will be intermediate or donut insulators. We take these are our example:
Step 1 – The installer attaches the insulators to Electro-Fence™ posts.
Step 2 – Each Electro-Fence™ post is then attached an intermediate fence post.
Step 3 – Attachment of insulators to intermediate posts is complete.
