Perimeter Security Systems For The USA
We are delighted to have our own installers in the United States which offers us the opportunity to develop a strong presence in both the homeland security and commercial/industrial security markets. We can provide perimeter security solutions for a wide range of site requirements – from correctional facilities to storage depots, military bases to power plants, solar parks to cell phone masts.
Advanced Perimeter Systems is currently the largest supplier of security, electrified fence controllers into the US market.
One of the main US security dealers is in the business of building correctional facilities where effective, perimeter security is of paramount importance. Systems previously installed by other companies had begun to fail on a regular basis and we were invited to supply our equipment as a replacement. This was done at 3 correctional facility sites where existing wire arrays were retained but the old controllers were replaced with our Electro-Fence™ controllers and the control systems replaced with our Multisys™. All 3 systems have since worked very successfully.

Another main security dealer, who installs systems all over the United States, recently commissioned us to design and manufacture a range of security Electro-Fence™ controllers. All installations over the last 18 months have been successful.
Our international reputation for effective perimeter security systems has been built on strong and successful relationships with major corporations and organisations including Audi, BP, BNFL, British Aerospace, British MOD, Chevron, Dutch Rail, GEC, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, Schlumberger, Scottish Power, Toyota & Volkswagen.
Our systems have the following official approvals:
- British Government Home Office Approved Installation
- Tested and Approved by British Government Testing Authorities
We have been involved in the supply of perimeter security for several, notable, historical sites around the world including the Great Pyramids of Giza and a number of royal palaces.
