APS Ltd Managing Director: Bill Campbell - APS Ltd Technical Director: Andy Moon
Bill Campbell initially developed a business involved in telecommunications which encompassed intercontinental telephone links. The nature of this business and involvement in international markets soon led to requests for the provision of security systems.
At that particular time Andy Moon was working for a separate company in the R&D of security products and it was when Bill was working on a project for a client in Saudi Arabia that they first met.
In 1982 Bill went on to set up Armbell Ltd for the purpose of manufacturing security sytems and related products and Andy was brought in as Technical Director.
