Due to the increased terrorist threats in recent years, many governments have increased security on Economic Key Points (EKP) - sites that would have a major impact on people's lives if anything happened to them.

Major power stations, water treatment works, gas works and oil and petrochemical plants and refineries fall into this category.

Accordingly, security systems of only the highest calibre are now chosen for such sites and in Britain any security system considered for this application must first pass rigorous testing in line with British Government standards.

Our system was tested and approved by the British Government for EKP site use; in addition it has been tested on Royal Air Force bases where Special Forces put it to the test and then separately by the Police Scientific Development Branch in London.

All parties confirmed that out of all the systems they had tested our was by far the most effective deterrent.

As a result our Electro-Fence ™ and Flexiguard ™ systems are in the British Government Catalogue of Security Equipment.
